Exchanges or Returns
These will only be accepted within the first 5 calendar days after delivery and only if:
• The product has a factory defect
• The product arrived damaged in transit
• An incorrect model was shipped
The product must:
✔ Not have been installed
✔ Not have been used
✔ Be in its original packaging
✔ Include all accessories
Returns are not accepted for:
• Equipment that has already been installed
• Equipment that has been used
• Electrical products that are connected
• Damage due to improper installation
• Incorrect customer selection
